Deed, Thomas Pixley to John Baker, June 23 & 30, 1699.
Deed of Thomas Pixley of Westfield, Massachusetts issued to John Baker of Dedham, Massachusetts relating to land in Northampton, Massachusetts. The deed confirms and grants "general deeds of land lying cituate in the bounds of the towne ship of Northampton" made to John Baker "by way of exchange" by Pixley's deceased father William Pixley for which no legal deeds exist.
Signed and sealed in the presence of Matthew Noble, Diiah Dewey and Thomas Sheldon. Signed by Thomas Pixley who appeared before Joseph Hawley, Justice of the Peace, on June 30, 1699.
